Topics include: stress management, anger management, conflict resolution, defusing anger and hostility, assertiveness, emotional intelligence and more! Half‑day or 2-hour workshops and seminars can be offered at your location for management teams or as an in‑service for all staff. We require a minimum number of 7 participants.
